Ideal candidate has extensive HR leadership experience in wealth management, proven success guiding transformations and mergers, and a passion for building agile, engaged teams in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive HR, Talent Management, or HRBP experience.
• Wealth management industry experience.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on workforce strategy and organizational design.
• Experience leading change management, business transformation, and restructuring initiatives.
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations, preferably through mergers and acquisitions.

Our client, a rapidly growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join their team. This senior HR leadership role will partner closely with business leaders to align talent and workforce strategies with organizational growth, supporting a large advisor population within a designated business division. The ideal candidate will bring significant HR Business Partner leadership experience within the wealth management industry and a proven track record supporting senior executives through growth and transformation.

• 9+ years of progressive HR, Talent Management, or Human Resources Business Partner experience, required.
• Wealth management industry experience, required.
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives and business leaders on workforce strategy and organizational design, required.
• Experience leading change management, business transformation, and organizational restructuring initiatives, required.
• Experience supporting complex, high-growth organizations, preferably through mergers and acquisitions, preferred.

The salary for this role is $180K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
