Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner effectively builds relationships and serves as a liaison between leadership, employees, shared services, and HR departments. Responsible for designing, executing, communicating, and monitoring HR initiatives across business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to leadership on employee relations, performance management, coaching, learning and development, talent management, and succession planning.
• Builds strong partnerships between HR and the business to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintains confidentiality and data integrity.
• Recommends employee relations practices to promote high morale.
• Partners with leadership on staffing, onboarding, talent development, and retention strategies.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws, and company policies.
• Conducts investigations and makes recommendations for actions.
• Communicates proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Uses HR metrics and data for informed decision-making.
• Responds to employee inquiries and resolves issues promptly.
• Coordinates leave requests and administrative policies.
• Maintains employee data in HRIS system.
• Processes personnel status changes.
• Collaborates with Training Department on leadership training development and scheduling.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
