The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with the Director of Human Resources and with leaders and employees across the business to ensure that human resource policies and programs are aligned with and support BlueLinx’s overall HR and talent strategies.
Additionally, the HRBP will administer core human resources policies, processes, and practices related to talent management, employee relations, labor/union relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and organizational/individual development.
