iAltA Holdings is hiring for an HR lead in New York City to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive people infrastructure across recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance management, and development.

You will be the go-to HR partner for employees at all levels, shaping processes and policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight, in a hybrid NYC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; able to build HR processes and systems with minimal direction.
• Experience implementing HR tools: HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems (ADP/Deel/JustWorks/Greenhouse).
• Trusted HR business partner to executives on employee relations, job scoping, and performance reviews.
• Strong attention to detail, project management, and discretion with confidential information.
• Willingness to work onsite at corporate HQ four days a week (270 Madison Ave, NY).

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to HR resource for all iAltA holdings employees, with strategic and some operational support from New Fashioned and other support
• Build and drive efficient HR processes, systems, performance and engagement initiatives
• Implement and/or integrate HR tools (e.g. HRIS, payroll etc)
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems with up-to-date information
• Lead employee relations matters, including performance, policy questions, leave administration
• Lead the onboarding of new employees, ensuring payroll and benefits enrollment are seamless
• Manage benefits administration including open enrollment, employee questions, and vendor selection/coordination
• Collaborate with finance to support payroll, reporting, audits, and compliance
