Job summary

iAltA Holdings in NYC is seeking a Senior HR Manager to design, implement, and manage our people infrastructure, policies, and programs in a fast-growing private markets ecosystem. You will be the go-to HR leader building processes from recruiting to development while partnering with executives.

This role requires hands-on expertise with HRIS and payroll tools, strong project management, and a decisive, collaborative approach to employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to build and implement HR processes and systems with little direction (including onboarding, offboarding, compensation, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, benefits vendor research and selection).
• Previously implemented and/or integrated HR tools and systems - HRIS, ATS and payroll systems such as ADP, Deel, JustWorks, Greenhouse.
• Prior experience acting as a trusted HR business partner to executives handling employee relations, job scoping, performance reviews etc.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Eagerness to take on new responsibilities and learn across HR functions.
• Ability to work onsite at corporate headquarters four days a week (270 Madison Ave. NY, NY)

• A true builder who has previously been an early HR hire for a startup where you had to design, implement and maintain new people infrastructure tools, systems, processes and policies from recruiting, to onboarding, compensation, performance management and development.

• Competitive salary range: Base salary up to $150,000 based on experience
