Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst focused on HR analytics and Workday reporting. This role partners with HR and executives to deliver accurate insights, standardized metrics, and secure data access controls across the organization.

The candidate will design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and security configurations while supporting audits, releases, and HR technology initiatives to strengthen data integrity and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of Workday HCM experience with advanced reporting, dashboards, discovery boards, and worksheets.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and optimizing reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
• Experience supporting data governance, security administration, access management, or system control processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and workforce data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and govern Workday reports, dashboards, worksheets, discovery boards, and reporting solutions.
• Own and deliver bi-monthly C-Suite HR steering committee presentations.
• Define workforce metrics, reporting standards, KPls, and reporting needs including enterprise datalake buildout.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to support strategic planning, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices related to reporting, analytics, security, and data governance.
