Job summary

Crusoe is building an enterprise-grade analytics platform to empower the People team with AI-powered, self-service dashboards and HR insights. You will own the Visier platform, shape the self-serve analytics roadmap, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations to deliver metrics and documentation that enable non-analysts and AI tools to find answers quickly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people analytics, HR technology, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on Visier experience, including implementation or expansion of capabilities.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with cloud data warehouses.
• Fluency in HR domain: recruiting, compensation, performance, org structure.

Responsibilities

• Own the Visier Platform: configuration, security, release management, and KPI definitions.
• Drive AI and self-service analytics with governance and accurate data models.
• Partner with TA, Total Rewards, People Ops, and executives; translate insights to action.
• Build enablement content: training, documentation, and office hours to raise HR data literacy.
