Crusoe is seeking a Senior IC to own the Visier platform and lead the self-service analytics roadmap for the People team. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Ops, and the People Science group to define metrics, context, and AI-ready docs that empower users to answer questions without waiting for analysts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people analytics, HR technology, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on Visier experience: deployment or capability expansion.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with a cloud data warehouse.
• Fluency in HR domain: recruiting, compensation, performance, org structure.
• Demonstrated ability to enable others through training, docs, or backlog to self-service.
• Pragmatic data governance: balance dashboards for large audiences with exploratory use.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize concurrent workstreams, handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Own the Visier platform: configuration, metrics, security, releases, vendor POC.
• Build and extend Visier content (metrics, boards, alerts) and onboard new data subjects.
• Coordinate data platform and Visier integration with Data Engineering on upstream models.
• Own data quality: define checks, triage failures, drive fixes to source systems.
• Ensure AI-enabled self-service analytics and governance align with dashboards.
• Document data models, business logic, and known caveats for non-analysts and AI tools.
• Enable the HR function with training, office hours, and documentation.
