Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a technical contributor to build and own the data pipelines and AI-powered tools that turn HR system data into actionable workforce insights. You will work with a senior consultant to transition domain knowledge and deliver production-quality solutions.

You'll combine HR data fluency with data engineering and AI-driven development, balancing greenfield work with maintaining existing systems and collaborating with IT for scale and security.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems and data; fluency to translate HR concepts into analytics.
• Production SQL and data modeling; familiarity with dbt or transformation tools.
• Experience building and shipping data pipelines and internal tooling.
• Exposure to AI/agent development; interest in LLM-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own data engineering stack for workforce intelligence.
• Design and deploy AI-powered agents to automate HR workflows.
• Partner with Crusoe IT to productionize solutions at scale.
• Scope internal tooling to complement or replace vendor products.
• Translate analyses into leadership-level narratives and dashboards.
