Job summary

Crusoe is building the future of AI-powered data analytics for the People function. You will own the Visier platform and drive a self-service analytics suite to empower HR decision-making across recruitment, compensation, and performance.

You will partner with TA, Total Rewards, and People Ops to translate questions into measurable insights, document models, and enable non-analysts to safely explore data with governance in mind.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people analytics, HR technology, or related field.
• Hands-on Visier experience: implementation or expansion.
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience.
• Fluency in HR domain: recruiting, compensation, performance, org structure.
• Experience enabling others via training or documentation.
• Pragmatic data governance approach.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Own the Visier Platform: config, metrics, security, release mgmt.
• Build and extend Visier content; onboard new data subjects.
• Manage integration between data platform and Visier.
• Own data quality and triage failures.
• Drive AI & Self-Service Analytics: align AI outputs with dashboards, document data models.
• Partner with TA, Total Rewards, People Ops, and Business Partners; enable HR data literacy.
• Build enablement: training, office hours, documentation; translate questions into deliverables.
