Job summary

The Heritage Group seeks a Senior HR Reporting Analyst to design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards primarily in Workday, Workday PRISM, and Power BI, with Alteryx today.

You will partner with HRIS leadership and business stakeholders to translate requests into sustainable solutions, mentor others, ensure data quality, and help evolve the reporting tools roadmap, including AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years in HR reporting and analytics or a related HR systems/data analyst role.
3+ years hands-on Workday Report Writer experience including calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards.
Experience building dashboards in Power BI; familiarity with Tableau/Alteryx preferred.
Experience with HR data domains such as compensation, benefits, talent, and compliance reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize HR reports and dashboards using Workday, PRISM, Power BI, and Alteryx.
Translate reporting requests into accurate outputs; serve as senior technical resource for complex reports.
Lead data governance, quality checks, and population filtering across Workday org structures.
Mentor other report writers; contribute to tools roadmap and adoption of AI features.
