Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, HR Analytics & Reporting to strengthen global HR analytics and reporting capabilities. You will work in the Global HRIS team, anchoring Workday reporting while expanding to Power BI, ServiceNow, Kronos, and related tools across 60+ countries.

This hands-on role has technical ownership and heavy stakeholder interaction, with no direct reports. The role emphasizes HR data structures, reporting security, dashboards, data quality, and enablement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1) 5+ years in HRIS, HR analytics, BI, or related technical field.
• 2) Hands-on reporting/dashboarding in HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
• 3) Strong HR data structures and reporting concepts
• 4) Experience gathering requirements and translating to reporting solutions
• 5) Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Workday dashboards or similar tools
• 6) Strong analytical, troubleshooting and data accuracy focus
• 7) Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
• 8) Curiosity and adaptability to learn new systems
• 9) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, cross-functional env.
