Job summary
Ferguson is seeking a Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst to join our centralized HR Reporting & Analytics team. You will design, develop, and enhance advanced reporting solutions and dashboards using Workday data and other analytics tools to drive strategic HR decisions across the enterprise.
You will partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, and HR Operations to deliver insights for workforce planning, DEI, attrition, and organizational health, while leading data governance and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility.
- Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and dashboards; PRISM a plus.
- Experience with large HR data sets and scalable, automated reporting solutions.
- Experience with BI platforms (Power BI) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and improvement of enterprise-level reports and dashboards.
- Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions using Workday and analytics tools.
- Provide executive-ready insights to influence decision-making and workforce planning.
- Mentor analysts and ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
