Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility and complexity.
• Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and dashboards; Workday PRISM or other advanced modules a plus.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of complex, enterprise-level reports and dashboards across headcount, attrition, DEI, talent, recruiting, and organizational health.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across HR systems and integrations.
• Drive automation of recurring reporting processes and maintain documentation for reporting standards and data definitions.
• Partner with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Operations to deliver strategic reporting solutions and support audits and regulatory needs.
