Qualifications

Advanced experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx.
Experience with predictive modeling and complex statistical models.

Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Develop analytics using Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau and related tools.

Create and maintain HR data sets, reports and metrics.
