Job summary

Tyson Foods in Springdale, Arkansas is seeking an insights-focused professional to turn category and sales data into compelling sales stories. You will build presentations, reports, and dashboards to carry insights to Walmart and internal teams.

A strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into persuasive recommendations are essential. In this role you will influence senior stakeholders, own the reporting calendar, and serve as the expert on syndicated data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
• 5+ years of experience with a branded consumer-goods company or supplier/manufacturer mix
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build persuasive PowerPoint decks
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in writing and in person
• Experience translating consumer insights into measurable business results
• Deep knowledge of syndicated retail measurement data and consumer panels
• Familiarity with Circana/Scintina/NielsenIQ; AI tool familiarity a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the Walmart narrative with insights and recommendations to Tyson leadership and Walmart merchants
• Analyze Walmart metrics: sales trends, new item performance, shopper behavior, benchmarking
• Own the reporting agenda: decide what to measure and ensure actions through reports
• Be the team expert on Walmart Scintilla and syndicated data; coach others
• Lead cross-functional problem solving on complex business questions
