Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Analytics professional to perform advanced reporting and analysis of Human Capital data to support HR projects, processes, users and stakeholders. This role will include building predictive models and delivering insights to drive business decisions onsite at the Thompson Building.

Responsibilities include developing analytics using Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau; supporting HR metrics reporting; identifying trends; creating and maintaining HR data sets; and communicating

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience in analytics.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx.
• Strong communication to influence leaders through data.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics using Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau.
• Provide management support to HR through metrics reporting and analytics.
• Analyze initiatives, identify trends and make predictions.
• Create/maintain HR datasets, reports and metrics.
• Transform Tyson’s data visualizations to support business models.
• Offer data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Drive cost savings and process efficiencies.
• Secure buy-in across stakeholders and act as data advisor.
