Job summary

Uline, corporate headquarters in Wisconsin, seeks a Senior Human Resources Analyst to transform workforce data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, analyze trends, and partner with HR and business leaders to drive strategic decisions across North America.

Required at least 4 years of HR/data analysis experience, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS. On-site role with strong emphasis on data quality and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL; knowledge of Python or database management a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR Information Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities for recruiting, retention and planning.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead analytics projects to improve reporting, data quality and processes.
• Translate insights into clear summaries and presentations for leadership to support strategic decisions.
