Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will shape strategic workforce initiatives through advanced analytics and reporting solutions, transforming complex HR data into clear recommendations that inform talent and business decisions across North America.

You'll build and refine dashboards with Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI, partner with HR and leaders, and lead analytics projects to improve data quality and processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; HR, business analytics or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; knowledge in Python or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities that strengthen recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges, providing data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning.
• Lead analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality and business processes.
• Translate insights into clear, concise summaries and presentations for leadership that support strategic business decisions.
