Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to transform complex workforce data into actionable insights that guide talent and business decisions across our North American organization.

The role focuses on advanced analytics, reporting, and collaborating with HR and business leaders to improve workforce planning and processes. Strong Excel/SQL skills and experience with HRIS are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; HR, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce or HR data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; Python or database knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities that strengthen recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges, providing data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning.
• Lead analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality and business processes.
• Translate insights into clear, concise summaries and presentations for leadership that support strategic business decisions.
