Uline is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to analyze HR data, identify workforce trends and deliver insights that support recruiting, retention and workforce planning. You will build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL, partnering with business teams to set productivity targets.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree (preferred) in HR or related field, 2+ years of analyst experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of Analyst experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Create reports and deliver insights to help leaders make informed workforce decisions.
• Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.
• Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
• Improve HR data quality by identifying trends, recommending process improvements and supporting best practices.
