Job summary

Jackson is seeking a Senior HR Data & Insights Consultant to join the HR Analytics team. You will deliver analytics to inform workforce planning, model systems to predict outcomes, and partner with business units to drive better associate experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of descriptive and predictive analytics in a complex organization.
5+ years of experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data storytelling.
Experience with HRIS data (Workday, SAP, ADP, SuccessFactors) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of descriptive, diagnostic, prescriptive, and predictive reporting and visualizations.
Apply advanced data-analytic techniques (regression, decision trees, ML) to solve business problems.
Act as data curator, integrating data from core HCM, surveys, and benchmarks, to tell a compelling story.
Translate business goals into metrics and reporting/visualization solutions.
Train end-users on dashboards and analytics adoption; drive tool usage.
Conduct UX research to gather actionable insights for reporting improvements.
Work within Agile methodologies for analytic tool development and QA.
