• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and workforce metrics in Power BI.
• Analyze trends and partner with leaders to define KPIs and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR leaders to monitor employment requirements and audit readiness.
• Establish data governance practices to protect the accuracy, integrity, and privacy of HR information.
• Lead requirements definition and solution design across HRIS, recruiting, learning, and performance platforms.
• Validate configurations, data flows, reporting logic, and controls with IT and vendor partners.
