Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in descriptive and predictive analytics with data products.
• Experience with BI/visualization and data storytelling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and develop descriptive, diagnostic, prescriptive, and predictive reporting.
• Apply regression, ML, and other methods to solve business problems.
• Curate data from multiple sources and synthesize insights into a compelling narrative.
• Consult with HR leaders to translate goals into metrics and reporting solutions.
• Provide training to end-users on dashboards and analytics tools.
• Conduct UX research to improve reporting and dashboards.
• Apply Agile principles to analytic tool development.
• Perform QA on data, cleaning and integration tasks.
