The Jackson National Life Insurance Company is seeking a Senior HR Assessment and Survey Consultant to lead the enterprise's assessment, survey, and data analytics efforts within Talent Analytics. You will design, validate, and implement assessment solutions and drive evidence-based decisions across HR and business leaders.

You will collaborate with HR partners, manage budgets, develop surveys, build predictive models, and deliver insights that shape associate development and retention.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Ph.D. preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment processes, including validation studies and budgeting.
• Consult with hiring managers to design customized assessment approaches.
• Educate talent acquisition on assessment systems and scoring databases.
• Oversee interview guide development and structured interview processes.
• Monitor effectiveness, validity, and potential biases in assessment and interview systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to adjust processes to changing business needs.
• Provide thought leadership on legal and practical aspects of assessments.
• Develop and deliver Jackson's associate surveys strategy and execution.
• Build dashboards and predictive models with HR analytics data.
