Early Warning is seeking a Sr. Lead BI Developer to translate workforce data into actionable insights and influence business decisions.

The role focuses on HR analytics, building Tableau dashboards, and leading data storytelling across HR and leadership, with a strong emphasis on data governance and scalable data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR analytics experience or similar.
• Tableau dashboard design, data modeling, and storytelling for executives.
• SQL development and data wrangling across multiple systems.
• Workday or equivalent HCM reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to support executive decision-making.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data with SQL across multiple sources.
• Translate complex datasets into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Support data architecture and ensure data governance and warehouse alignment.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering to optimize pipelines and reporting.
