Job summary

Bronson Healthcare in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a Senior HR Data Analytics Partner to transform complex HR data into actionable business intelligence. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, HR, finance, economics, statistics, business admin, healthcare or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five years in data analytics, BI, HR analytics, project management, finance or healthcare analytics.
• Experience validating large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or comparable tools.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders; HR/healthcare background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple HR systems.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and workforce issues.
• Link recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, engagement, and demographics for a holistic view.
• Conduct trend, variance, and root-cause analyses.
• Develop HR metrics, KPIs, benchmarks, and comparative analyses.
• Shift analytics toward predictive insights for workforce planning.
• Perform ad hoc analyses in response to business questions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
