Under the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will perform a wide range of duties, ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day HR operations in a school district setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with four years of related experience.
• Four years of varied administrative clerical experience at an administrative level.
• Experience in a school district or county office of education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day human resources functions including recruitment, selection, employment compensation, and employee relations.
• Serve as a lead in the Human Resources Department to other staff and supervise as assigned.
• Work under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer and perform related duties.
• Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance with district policies.
