Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, public administration, or related field.
• Four years of full-time professional HR work; at least one year in a public agency and one year in a lead/supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates Recruitment, Classification and Compensation team activities.
• Supervises staff and serves as in-house consultant to county management and departments.
• Oversees development and evaluation of selection processes and compensation studies.
• Advises on reclassification, salary adjustments, and organizational restructuring.
