San Joaquin County is seeking an experienced EEO Manager to lead and enhance the county-wide EEO Program. You will oversee investigations, training, and coordination with department EEO coordinators, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

The role also involves staff management, budget preparation, and development of innovative programs to promote equal employment opportunities. A strong leadership presence is essential for success within the HR leadership team.

Qualificações

• 5 years of professional public HR experience in EEO administration or investigations.
• At least 1 year in supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (public/business admin, HR, social science, industrial psychology).
• Valid California driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and organize the County's EEO Program.
• Conduct formal EEO workplace investigations.
• Coordinate and facilitate EEO training for department EEO Coordinators and staff.
• Serve as HR lead to the County's EE0 Advisory Committee (EEOAC).
• Staff management and budget preparation.
