Austin Fleet Mobility Services in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor specializing in Employee Relations to support strategic HR initiatives across the fleet mobility operations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of HR experience are required.
Experience leading complex investigations into policy violations and handling grievances preferred.
Experience advising management on progressive disciplinary processes and HR program administration.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR support to senior leaders on a broad range of HR issues.
Manage and resolve complex HR-related issues and monitor implementation of actions.
Advise management on policies, regulations, and program objectives; ensure compliance.
Train managers on HR topics, data and reporting; maintain HR records and reporting.
Support Employee Relations matters including ADA, leave management, and workers’ compensation.
