Zusammenfassung

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for HPE Campus & Branch to support Mist networking solutions. This remote/teleworker role covers multi-state opportunities, with travel up to 50% to engage customers and drive technical sales engagements.

You will partner with sales teams, lead architecture discussions, and guide customers from initial evaluation through adoption, delivering AI-native networking value across wireless, wired, WAN, and cloud-based operations.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, technical consulting, or a related enterprise networking role.
• Proven success supporting complex technical sales cycles, customer demonstrations, architecture workshops, and POCs.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise wireless networking, including RF fundamentals, site surveys, high-density design, roaming, security, and troubleshooting.
• Strong campus and branch networking knowledge: Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP, Layer 2/Layer 3 design, routing, switching, QoS, ACLs, firewalls, segmentation, and resiliency.
• Experience with identity and access technologies including 802.1X, AAA, RADIUS, EAP methods, certificates, SAML, and common client operating systems.
• Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on customer and business needs.

Aufgaben

• Lead customer discovery sessions, architecture workshops, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and executive briefings.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear, differentiated HPE Mist architectures and solution recommendations.
• Provide architecture guidance, migration planning, deployment best practices, and adoption support.
• Own and lead HPE Mist demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements from planning through successful completion.
• Document results, lessons learned, and reusable best practices to improve future demonstrations and POCs.
