Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the HPE Mist team, focusing on campus and branch networking. This remote/teleworker role requires deep expertise in enterprise wireless and wired networks, with travel up to 50% to support opportunities across the US.

You will lead technical engagements, architect and validate solutions, and partner with sales teams to drive new logos and expand strategic accounts, delivering measurable outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related enterprise networking roles.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise wireless networking including RF fundamentals, site surveys, and high-density design.
• Experience supporting complex technical sales cycles, customer demonstrations, architecture workshops, and POC engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical presentations.
• Translate customer requirements into clear HPE Mist architectures and recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership across opportunity lifecycles from qualification to deployment and adoption.
• Develop competitive technical strategies and position HPE Mist against alternatives.
• Document results and best practices to enable repeatable demonstrations and POCs.
