NorthMark Strategies LLC seeks an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a flagship HPC Center site with multi-year scope and >$500M in capital investment. You will lead a team of HPC Project Managers, translate executive strategy into actionable plans, and ensure cost, schedule, and quality governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or Business; PMP/PgMP strong plus.
• 12–15+ years in technical program or project management, ideally within data center, HPC, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale capital infrastructure delivery.
• Proven track record owning a large-scale, multi-year, multi-phase capital infrastructure program end-to-end ($250M+ capex).
• Experience managing and developing a team of project or program managers.
• Deep fluency in program management methodology: critical path analysis, risk and dependency management, resource and capacity planning, stage-gate governance.
• Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting program status to C-suite or board audiences.
• Direct experience with hyperscale infrastructure, GPU/HPC compute buildouts, or comparable large-scale facility development.
• Bonus: experience coordinating with utilities, permitting authorities, or municipal stakeholders on large capital projects.
• Bonus: experience in PE-backed or high-growth scale-up environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of NMC²’s flagship HPC Center buildout across all phases and buildings.
• Build, manage, and develop a team of HPC Project Managers; assign scope and ensure cost/schedule/quality commitments.
• Establish program management standards, RAID logs, dependency tracking, change control, and stage-gate reviews.
• Coordinate with utility, permitting, and municipal stakeholders to keep development on schedule.
• Serve as governance partner to translate executive priorities into structured program plans and reports.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, data center operations, procurement, construction, and finance.
• Own program-level risk management and escalate blockers early; drive root-cause resolution.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting for capacity, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Manage day-to-day site-level vendor and subcontractor relationships; align with central procurement on major hardware/GPU agreements.
• Coordinate with peer site VPs and SVP on portfolio constraints and resolve cross-site conflicts when needed.
• Partner with engineering and finance on capacity planning and forecasting to align with client SLAs.
• Prepare program status materials for leadership, board meetings, and investor updates.
• Lead post-mortems and continuous improvement to raise PM maturity; support scaling of the program management function.
