NorthMark Compute & Cloud (NMC2) seeks an Infrastructure Delivery Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a flagship HPC Center build-out. The role leads a team of HPC Project Managers and drives governance, schedules, and cost controls across all phases and buildings.

The ideal candidate brings deep program management experience in data center, HPC, or large-scale capital infrastructure, with executive communication skills and a proven track record delivering multi-year initiatives.

Formación

• 12-15+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-year capital infrastructure programs.
• Ability to report to C-suite or board audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of flagship HPC Center buildout across all phases and buildings.
• Build, manage, and develop a team of HPC Project Managers with clear scope and accountability.
• Establish and enforce program management standards, governance, and tooling across the buildout.
• Coordinate with utilities, permitting authorities, and municipal stakeholders to maintain schedule.
• Prepare program status materials for executive leadership, board meetings, and investor updates.
