Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a Program Manager - Senior Housing to lead our Senior Housing programs, oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resident well-being and program impact.

You will manage budgets, build partnerships with community agencies, mentor a dedicated team, and collaborate across departments to deliver cohesive housing services and stable outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum AA in a related field or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of relevant housing/management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in related roles are advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with community resources and services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and strategic coordination of Senior Housing programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and resident well-being; manage budgets and resources per funding requirements.
• Evaluate program performance and resident outcomes; implement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, efficiency, and impact; ensure housing regulations and best practices are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, community partners, and local agencies to promote coordinated care and housing stability.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, and Social Services to ensure cohesive service delivery and effective problem-solving; communicate updates across CCAC.
• Lead and develop the Senior Housing team with clear goals, monitoring, feedback, and professional development.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement to strengthen engagement and retention.
