Job summary

Jericho Project is seeking a Senior House Manager in Walton (Bronx) to provide administrative support and oversee building security. The role reports to the Manager of Building Operations and is non-exempt with a salary of $38,480–$40,000 annually.

Responsibilities include lease support, building safety, and coordinating with tenants, vendors, and staff. Requires HS Diploma and Fire Guard Certification (F02); strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is highly preferred and 1-year customer service experience is required.
• Fire Guard Certification (F02) is required.
• Good computer skills and able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leases, LIHTC compliance, and Section 8 recertification.
• Track tenant lease documentation including recertification and renewal dates.
• Update lease and building documentation in AppFolio.
• Secure deliveries and assist with rent collection.
• Monitor safety and conduct fire drills and safety inspections.
