Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in housing operations or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement housing selection & assignment processes for incoming and returning students.
• Oversee billing, audits, and payments related to housing charges and services.
• Coordinate with campus partners to ensure timely communications and policy updates.
• Supervise staff and ensure training, performance reviews, and compliance with TU policies.
• Provide customer service and support to students and families regarding housing matters.
