Job summary

National Church Residences in Dublin, OH, is seeking a Director of Housing Maintenance to lead maintenance operations across a portfolio of senior housing communities. You will direct regional maintenance leads, develop policies, ensure on-time work orders and preventive maintenance, and drive asset preservation within budget.

You will partner with Operations, Compliance, and Capital Projects to improve resident satisfaction, oversee capital planning, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site maintenance for multifamily housing.
• Proven ability to manage preventive maintenance and capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to regional maintenance teams.
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Monitor portfolio-wide maintenance performance and KPIs.
• Oversee onboarding and training for maintenance staff.
