Job summary

Govig Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development & Acquisitions to expand our portfolio by originating third-party management relationships and identifying strategic acquisition and partnership opportunities.

The role will involve traveling to industry events, building relationships with owners, operators, investors and capital providers, and leading opportunities through underwriting and internal decision processes.

Qualifications

• Experience originating management relationships, transactions or strategic partnerships.
• Proactive outbound business development approach.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for conferences, meetings and business development activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive business development strategy.
• Originate new third-party management opportunities.
• Build relationships with owners, operators, investors and capital partners.
• Identify acquisition and partnership opportunities and manage pipeline.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and meetings.
• Evaluate opportunities and participate in underwriting and financial analysis.
• Lead opportunities through internal evaluation and decision-making processes.
