Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in project management or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate access to housing programs for individuals with behavioral health conditions in Suffolk County.
• Review/process applications for adults seeking respite, Crisis Residence, and SPA housing.
• Serve as primary County-level contact to oversee housing programs and ensure policies are followed.
• Collaborate with housing providers and referral sources to optimize system performance.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage reports and statistics and identify housing trends.
