Job summary

DMK Development Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead senior housing projects on-site. You will coordinate subs with the PM, enforce safety, and drive QA/QC through Procore across daily logs, drawings, and punchlists.

You must read plans and specs, manage communications with clients and officials, and maintain organization and logistics on active sites. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising crews in senior housing or multi-family residential commercial construction.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction safety and safety values.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with PDF software such as Adobe or Bluebeam.
• Experience with Procore Project Management software preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commute.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors with the PM to ensure project success.
• Ensure jobsite activities align with OSHA guidelines.
• Utilize Procore for QA/QC, daily logs, drawings, photos, and punchlist management.
• Lead jobsite coordination meetings and Lean construction tools.
• Assist with contractor scope familiarity and change order vetting.
• Oversee inspections and approvals throughout the project.
• Maintain neat, organized jobsite and manage logistics.
• Travel to job sites as required.
