Job summary

DMK Development Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction efforts for senior housing projects. You will coordinate subs, manage safety, and ensure adherence to plans, specs, and schedules.

This role requires 5+ years supervising commercial crews, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore and Lean methods. Travel and onsite presence are expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising crews in Senior Housing or Multi-Family Residential construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong safety knowledge and values, OSHA-aligned.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate daily tasks with PM for project success.
• Ensure OSHA-compliant site activities and safety practices.
• Utilize Procore for QA/QC, daily logs, drawings, photos, and punchlists.
• Lead jobsite coordination meetings using weekly work plans and Lean tools.
• Assist with contracting, scope reviews and change orders as needed.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain site organization, logistics, and cleanliness.
• Travel to job sites as required.
