DMK Development Group in Muskegon, MI is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee a senior housing project on the waterfront. You will act as a liaison among owners, subcontractors, city officials, and the project team, leading safety and scheduling efforts on site.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of construction leadership, the ability to read plans, and strong communication skills. Procore experience and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading construction projects.
• Must be able to read and interpret construction plans.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project from start to closeout.
• Manage day-to-day operations on the site.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules.
• Maintain daily field status reports.
• Foster relationships with team, subcontractors, owners and officials.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and support teams.
• Perform quality control reviews of materials and work.
• Inspect all work and coordinate corrective actions.
• Plan inspections and liaise with authorities for approvals.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors.
