Job summary

DMK Development Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee construction projects, including healthcare and multifamily developments. You will coordinate field operations, schedules, safety, and quality across teams and vendors in a deadline-driven environment.

The project is slated to begin in Q4 2026 or early 2027. Ideal candidates have 2+ years leading construction projects, strong safety knowledge, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading construction projects, healthcare and multi-family experience preferred.
• Strong safety knowledge and adherence to safety values.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; comfortable with iPad usage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to organize and evaluate information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project from start to closeout and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Create and maintain project schedules and daily field status reports.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and support team to complete all aspects of the project.
• Perform quality control reviews and inspect work; liaise with authorities for approvals.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries; maintain a safe working environment.
• Foster relationships with team, subcontractors, owners, and city officials.
