Qualifications

• Four years of progressively responsible housekeeping experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Additional formal education may substitute for experience with 30 college credits equivalent to one year of experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and supervise housekeeping work according to unit needs.
• Inspect and ensure quality of work; coordinate with Supervisors, Leads, and Housekeepers.
• Operate or demonstrate cleaning equipment and assist staff as needed.
• Manage supplies inventory and distribution; respond to inquiries about cleanliness.
