Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping teams or in a similar role preferred.
• Experience providing cleaning/maintenance services for organizations preferred.
• Comfortable using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create schedules with computer tools.
• Stamina for physical tasks and long standing periods.
• Light lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and update housekeeping schedules daily.
• Hire and train all housekeeping staff.
• Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Assist with cleaning according to company standards.
• Support deep cleanings when required.
• Organize and maintain stock of supplies and laundry.
• Report maintenance issues to maintenance/management.
