Highgate Hotels in New York City's Times Square area seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead the department in delivering attentive, friendly, efficient service and a consistently clean, safe environment for guests.

You will recruit, train, and supervise room attendants and supervisors, monitor inventories and par levels, enforce SOPs, and balance guest satisfaction with cost control in a fast-paced, service-driven hotel.

Formación

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree, or a 2-year college degree with 1+ years of related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Windows, Excel, and Word processing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the housekeeping team to ensure attentive, friendly, efficient service.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleaning programs and inventory par levels; manage supplies.
• Balance room status and payroll with supervision.
