Qualifikationen

• Progressive housekeeping experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Medium work - lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.

Aufgaben

• Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all Housekeeping personnel according to Highgate Hotel SOPs.
• Establish and maintain a regularly scheduled cleaning program and detailed checklists for each position.
• Manage vendor contracts and interview procedures according to SOPs.
• Inspect rooms daily and ensure VIP rooms are prepared.
• Balance and clear room status; reconcile reports with PMS data.
