Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline Housekeeping staff per SOPs.
• Establish and maintain cleaning programs and checklists.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and risk management standards.
• Balance room status and payroll for hours worked.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and interviews.
• Develop morale and train staff.
• Manage VIP rooms and guest privacy.
• Lead monthly meetings and participate in MOD coverage.
